Unfortunately products from time to time are defective or damaged during shipping. In this case we do exchange or credit for any defective product, or product and its packaging damaged in shipping.
Is it your fault that these products were defective or damaged during shipping? Absolutely not, so why make you pay to ship the product back to us? That’s why Joseph Grace Brands pays for the cost of shipping back any returns of defective or damaged products. In lieu of shipping back broken or defective products returned by customers, we will request an emailed, clear photo of the product.
